• Processing Window: All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working business days are processed and packaged within 24 to 48 hours from our fulfillment hub.
• Quality Check: Before sealing, every jewel undergoes an individual 3-point QC examination (stone security, polish uniformity, and clasp tension).
• Operating Schedule: Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Public Holidays.

• Remote & Interior Coverage: Department of Posts (India Post Speed Post) for remote pincodes where private couriers lack physical reach.

5. Real-Time WhatsApp & SMS Tracking

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking notification on your registered WhatsApp number and SMS containing:

• Unique Airway Bill (AWB) number.
• Active one-click courier live-tracking URL.
• Estimated delivery date and out-for-delivery alerts.

6. Tamper-Evident Luxury Packaging & Transit Safety

Every GEHNEY piece is ensconced inside our bespoke velvet jewelry pouch, cushioned in multi-layer shockproof bubble wrapping, and packed inside a tamper-evident, sealed security outer poly-mailer.

7. Address Changes & Undelivered Orders

If you need to amend your shipping address or contact number, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once an AWB tracking number has been generated by the courier hub, rerouting may result in an additional 24-48 hour delivery delay.
