2. Pricing, Invoicing & Taxes

• All prices displayed on the storefront are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We reserve the right to revise catalog prices, promotional coupons, or bundle discounts at any time prior to order confirmation.
• An official GST-compliant tax invoice is provided with every shipped consignment.

• Storage: Store individual jewels inside the signature velvet pouch or an airtight box provided with your order to avoid friction with sharp objects.

5. 7-Day Hassle-Free Replacement Policy

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged in transit, with missing components, or defective clasps, we provide an immediate 7-Day Free Replacement upon reporting to our concierge desk with an unboxing video or photographs. The trademark "GEHNEY™", "Joy of Jewels", our distinctive branding, graphics, 3D interactive viewers, photography, copy, and layout are the exclusive intellectual property of GEHNEY. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, or scraping is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute arising from transactions on this boutique, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Jaipur / New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
